Warranty Policy

At Timber CR, we are committed to resolving any issues related to:

  • Processing defects (cracks, warping, moisture)
  • Errors in order specifications
  • Damage attributable to packaging or handling prior to delivery

Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving the order and must include photos and a description of the issue.

This policy does not cover damage caused by improper storage, handling after delivery, or incorrect product usage.
