Steps to Formalize Your Order
Personalized Quote
Contact us via the website form, email, or WhatsApp to request a quote. Our team will provide technical advice on wood types, sizes, finishes, and commercial conditions. You’ll receive a detailed quote with no obligation.
Order Confirmation
Once the quote is approved, you’ll confirm your order in writing (email or formal message), including: Full name / Company name, Delivery address, Type and quantity of products, Billing details, Estimated reception date
Proforma Invoice Issuance
We’ll send you a proforma invoice detailing the order and payment terms. This serves as the official document to begin production and logistics.
Initial or Full Payment
Depending on the agreement: 50% down payment required to initiate the process (for custom or bulk orders), Full payment required for small orders or in-stock products Payments can be made via national/international bank transfer. Payment confirmation will be provided with a stamped receipt.
Production and Logistics
Once the initial payment is received, we will: Prepare the wood according to your specifications, Pack and condition the order with quality control, Coordinate transport or pickup at our facilities, Delivery time depends on product type, volume, and destination (local or international).
Delivery and Follow-Up
You will receive a shipping notice with tracking number and logistics contact. Our service team will monitor your order until successful delivery. The following will be attached:Final invoice, Certificate of origin and warranty, Required permits and documentation
Basic Terms and Conditions
All orders are subject to raw material availability.
Changes or cancellations must be made before production begins.
Formalization implies acceptance of our quality, delivery, and return policies.
Recurring contracts with preferential terms can be established.
